Only Frank has been a member of the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame since 1991 when he won top pop bassist honors for a solid three years in a row and is a recipient of over 25 BMA awards. The band was inducted in 1995. His former bands include Jambo, Sky, and Lions before forming Only Humen in late 1986 with co-founder Ray Wood. His musical influences vary widely, citing The Beatles, Todd Rundgren, and Mozart as the most influential. Rick “The Animal” McEvoy - Drums/vocals. Nominated Top Pop Drummer 2005, 2006 in Buffalo Music Awards and Peoples Choice Awards-alumni and all around good guy plays like there’s seven percussionists up there. He is truly amazing (and fun) to watch. While all three members split the vocal chores, Rick brings a unique voice to the Only Humen sound. This easily provides excitement and a thrilling performance level unmatched in today’s musical market. The man is an animal! A Jim Henson Production. Dustin Francis - Guitar/vocals.  Our new guitarist is 23 years old and full of energy which explodes on stage. His guitar skills far surpass many local veterans with three times the experience. Although he's quite humble, I'll brag for him. His unique gruffy vocals can put a song across while his guitar captures the diverse styles that Only Humen is known for. Dustin's talents will be exploited and a fine budding career is bound to bloom to stardom. His main guitar influence is Stevie Ray Vaughn which is extremely evident when he plays "Scuttlebuttin'" or any other SRV tune. Energy plus! Only Frank Jr.-Saxophone. Nominated Top Pop Saxophone 2005, 2006 in Buffalo Music Awards and Peoples Choice Awards-The trio Only Humen becomes a quartet when OF Jr. sits in on sax and blows the roof off the clubs and special functions he plays. He's been across the U.S. and back again – Orlando, Florida, Salt Lake City, Utah, Los Angeles, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and of course, New York City, New York. Frank is a graduate of the Full Sail Audio/Media Design School in Florida. Along with partner Chris Sebes, they have created buffalothrills.com media advertising. Nothing beats a great night of sax!
